Healthy Weight Calculator – Ideal Weight for Your Height

This free healthy weight calculator on www.usacalc.online shows the weight range that corresponds to a BMI of 18.5–24.9 for your height, plus ideal body weight estimates from four clinical formulas (Devine, Hamwi, Robinson, Miller). Use it as a planning guide, not a medical diagnosis.

How healthy weight is calculated

The primary range uses the standard adult BMI cutoffs used by the CDC and NHLBI: minimum weight = 18.5 × height(m)² and maximum = 24.9 × height(m)². Ideal weight formulas give a single reference number by sex and height; they were originally developed for clinical dosing and population averages.

Limitations

BMI and IBW formulas do not measure body fat, muscle mass, or frame size. Athletes and highly muscular people may weigh above the “healthy” BMI range and still be fit. Always discuss personal targets with a healthcare professional.
