10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, USACalc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from use of the Site or reliance on results. If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed USD $50 or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (if any), whichever is greater. The core service is free.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify USACalc from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
12. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. Calculator inputs are generally processed in your browser. No account is required for core tools.
13. Children’s use
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact info@usacalc.online if you believe a child submitted personal data via a form.
14. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Terms may be updated as described in Section 1.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws in your residence apply. Venue for unresolved disputes shall be in that jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights.
